Schengen Visa Service UK: Application Prepared for £99

Our Schengen visa service in the UK prepares your application for a £99 service fee: the consulate's form, a document pack built to its checklist, and your appointment booked in your own name on the official VFS Global, TLScontact, BLS or GVC World site. The file is ready within 24 hours of your complete documents, or the fee comes back. You pay the €90 consulate fee and the centre fee at the centre, attend biometrics yourself, and the consulate decides.

How it works

  1. 01

    Send your documents

Pay the £99 service fee, answer a short questionnaire and upload your documents to your own secure account. Full refund if you cancel before we start. If anything is missing we ask once, in one list, and the clocks below pause until you send it.

  2. 02

    Prepared within 24 hours

Within 24 hours of your complete file we complete the forms and build your document pack to the visa centre checklist, in the order the counter wants it, or your fee back. You see the pack in your account before anything is lodged.

  3. 03

Appointment booked within 3 working days

We book on the official visa centre site, in your own name and account, within 3 working days of your complete file, subject to availability, or your fee back. The clock pauses while the centre shows no appointments at all, and the plan step tells you so before you pay.

  4. 04

    Attend and collect

You attend the visa centre centre in person for fingerprints and a photo, hand over the pack and pay the official fees at the counter (the €90 consulate fee and the centre's own fee). The consulate decides, normally within 15 calendar days, and your passport comes back by courier or collection. We stay on WhatsApp throughout.

Family or friends on the same trip? £69 for each additional applicant on one order, up to 5. Six or more, we quote. Both promises are written into our terms.

What is and is not included

In the £99

  • Forms completed, including any consulate portal step, checked against your passport line by line
  • Document pack built to the visa centre checklist, with a what-to-bring list for the day
  • Appointment booked on the official visa centre site, in your own name and your own account
  • WhatsApp replies within the hour, day or night, before and after you pay

Not included

  • The €90 consulate fee and the visa centre's own fee, paid by you at the centre on the day, never marked up and never through us
  • Travel insurance with at least €30,000 of medical cover: you buy it (from about £12) and we tell you what qualifies
  • The decision, which is the consulate's alone. We do not guarantee approval and no honest service can
  • Immigration advice. We prepare documents and book appointments; we do not advise on your UK status

TL;DR

A Schengen visa service in the UK that does the work you would otherwise do yourself: the form, the document pack and the appointment, booked in your own name on the official site, for a £99 service fee. The file is ready within 24 hours of your complete documents or the fee comes back. You pay the official fees at the centre, attend biometrics yourself, and the consulate decides. Before you pay anyone, including us, run the four checks below.

What this service does

Most people searching for help with a Schengen visa application from the UK are stuck on one of three things: which country to apply to, what the consulate will accept as proof, or an appointment calendar that shows nothing. The service covers all three.

  • Which country. You must apply to your main destination, the country with the most nights, or the first you enter if the nights are equal. We confirm it from your itinerary before anything is booked, because applying to the wrong consulate is a common refusal reason. See which country to apply to.
  • The form and the pack. We complete the consulate's application form and any portal step it requires, then build the document pack to that consulate's checklist: passport, photos to the 35 by 45 mm spec, travel insurance with at least €30,000 of medical cover, bookings, an itinerary, bank statements, your employer or university letter, proof of your UK status and a cover letter. You get one ordered file and a what-to-bring list.
  • The appointment. We book it on the operator's official site, VFS Global, TLScontact, BLS International or GVC World, in your name, for a UK centre you can reach. Where a consulate runs a waiting list or allocates dates from a queue, we register you the day your file is ready and tell you what happens next.
  • Timing. Your file is prepared within 24 hours of your complete documents and details, and your appointment is booked within 3 working days of your complete file, subject to availability. Miss either through our own fault and the service fee comes back. If we have to ask you for a missing or corrected document, both clocks pause from our request until you have sent it, then carry on.

What no service can do

  • Issue the visa. The consulate decides, after biometrics. Any service that sells a guaranteed or arranged visa is misdescribing the process.
  • Create an appointment. Slots are released by the operators in batches, and for Poland, Luxembourg and Romania by the consulate or embassy itself. A service can watch calendars and book quickly; it cannot make a date exist.
  • Reduce the official fees. The €90 consulate fee (about £81) is set EU-wide; Poland's embassy charges £79 in pounds. The centre fee runs from nothing for Poland, Luxembourg and Romania to about £45 for France. Both are paid by you at the centre, whoever prepared the file.
  • Shorten processing. Fifteen calendar days from the appointment, up to 45 in some cases. The paid extras the centres sell affect comfort, not the decision.
  • Attend for you. Fingerprints and the photo are taken in person.

Four checks to run on any Schengen visa agency in the UK

Companies House shows a wave of new Schengen visa companies registered in 2025 and 2026 and a matching wave of dissolutions. The checks below take ten minutes and apply to us as much as to anyone.

CheckWhy it mattersOur answer
1. A Companies House number on the siteYou are handing over passport scans and bank statements. Without a registered name and number you do not know who holds them, or who to pursue if something goes wrong.findmyvisa.co.uk is run by WayaNerd Ltd, company number 16269713, registered in England and Wales, registered office 48 Margery Park Road, London E7 9JY. Check it on Companies House.
2. A claimed Trustpilot profile, and the countTestimonials on a firm's own site prove nothing. A claimed profile means the company has accepted that it can be reviewed publicly; the count tells you how many people have actually used it.Our Trustpilot profile is claimed. We invite every customer once the consulate has decided, with no incentive and no selection, and we quote no count or score on this page: read the profile and count for yourself.
3. Whether it sells or guarantees slotsSome UK agencies sell a "priority" or "super priority" appointment for £199 to £320 a person. Nobody outside the operator can create a slot, so a sold slot is either a bot booking, a resold booking or a date that would have been free anyway. Consulates have voided both.We do not sell, buy or guarantee appointments. Booking on every official site is free. Our fee is for the preparation and the booking work, and the booking promise is about our speed, not the date the operator releases.
4. Whether it asks for your portal loginSome services charge £100 or more per applicant to run software against the booking sites and ask you to forward your one-time login code. If a firm needs your VFS, TLScontact, BLS or GVC password to "run its system", that system is a bot, and the account it runs on is yours. We never ask for your portal password or one-time code. The account is in your name, set up with you or by you, and you can log in at any time and see the booking.

What the German embassy and TLScontact say about agencies

Two official statements from 2026 are worth reading before you pay anyone. The German Embassy in London moved tourism, business, visit and school-trip appointments to a TLScontact waiting list from 1 June 2026, saying it did so "in order to protect visa applicants from fraudulent and expensive appointment booking agencies", and added: "it is NOT necessary to engage an agency to process your visa application or to file documents" (uk.diplo.de). TLScontact's UK centres for France now allocate short-stay appointments automatically, to protect applicants from fraudulent and costly third-party agencies and to ensure fair access.

Both statements are right. You do not need an agency, and the free route is on this site: the document checklist, the checklist generator, the Bundler and the country guides. That is also why our fee is £99, published, and refundable in full before work starts. What you are paying for is time, a file built to the checklist by people who do it every day, and a desk that watches the calendars so you do not have to.

We book your appointment ourselves, on the official VFS Global, TLScontact, BLS or GVC World website, in your name and in your own account. We do not run bots or scripts against those websites, we never ask for your portal password or one-time code, and we never buy or sell an appointment. Where a consulate uses a waiting list or allocates slots automatically, we register you on the day your file is ready and tell you exactly what happens next. The full wording is in our terms.

Which country, which operator

The operator, the centres and the centre fee depend on the destination. The figures below are from our destination data, verified on 24 June 2026, and the 2025 refusal rates are the European Commission's consulate statistics for applications decided in the UK.

The same £99 service covers all 28 Schengen destinations, including the three with no visa centre at all: Poland (the consulate's e-Konsulat system, £79 fee in pounds), Luxembourg (the embassy, by email) and Romania (the eViza portal, two visits). Every destination's own page is on the Schengen hub.

The price in one line

£99 to us for the first applicant, £69 for each extra applicant on the same order up to five; six or more is a group we quote at £79 a head. At the centre, per person: the €90 consulate fee (about £81; €45 for a child aged 6 to 11, free under 6; Poland £79 and £40 in pounds), the operator's centre fee, and your own travel insurance from about £12. Payment is by card through Stripe and we never see your card. Full refund before work starts; once work has begun the part already performed is non-refundable and the rest is refunded. The cost index prices every destination.

Talk to a person first

If you are not sure which country you must apply to, whether your dates are realistic, or whether your UK status will be accepted, message the desk on WhatsApp at +44 7341 434824 before you pay anything. Replies come from a person, within the hour, day or night. You can also start the plan step and stop before paying; it tells you the earliest slot our desk has seen for your destination, when we have a recent reading, and says plainly when a destination's booking system shows no slots at all. If your trip is under three weeks away, read urgent Schengen visa from the UK first.

Common questions

  1. 01

What does a Schengen visa service in the UK actually do?

It does the paperwork and the logistics. We work out which country you must apply to, complete that consulate's form and any portal step, build the document pack to the consulate's checklist, book your appointment on the operator's official site in your own name, and tell you exactly what to bring and what to pay at the counter. You attend biometrics in person and the consulate decides. No service in the UK can do either of those two things for you.

  2. 02

How much does the Schengen visa service cost?

A £99 service fee for the first applicant and £69 for each extra applicant on the same order, up to five people; six or more is a group we quote at £79 a head. The official fees are separate and are paid by you at the centre: the €90 consulate fee, about £81 (Poland charges £79 in pounds), the operator's centre fee of £11 to £45 depending on the country, and travel insurance from about £12. We never add to the official fees.

  3. 03

Can a Schengen visa agency guarantee my visa or my appointment?

No. The consulate decides the visa after your biometrics, and nobody outside the operator knows when the next batch of appointments will be released. We promise the two things we control: your file ready within 24 hours of your complete documents, and your appointment booked within 3 working days of your complete file, subject to availability. Miss either through our fault and the service fee comes back. For Germany, and for France at all three UK centres (London and Manchester since 1 August 2026, Edinburgh since 11 September 2026), booked means registered on the waiting list or queue, because the operator issues the date.

  4. 04

Do you use bots or buy appointment slots?

No. Every appointment is booked by a person, by hand, on the operator's official website, from an account in your name. We never ask for your portal password or one-time code, we never run scripts against VFS Global, TLScontact, BLS or GVC World, and we never buy or sell a slot. Consulates have voided bot-booked and resold appointments, and the applicant is the one left without a date.

  5. 05

What should I check before paying any Schengen visa agency in the UK?

Four things. A Companies House number on the site, so you know who holds your passport scans. Whether its Trustpilot profile is claimed and how many reviews it has. Whether it sells or guarantees appointment slots, which no legitimate service can do. And whether it asks for your VFS, TLScontact, BLS or GVC login, which means software will be run on your account. Our answers to all four are on this page.

  6. 06

Do I still have to go to the visa centre myself?

Yes. Fingerprints and a digital photo are taken in person at the centre, and you pay the consulate fee and the centre fee there. We prepare the file, book the appointment and brief you; you attend with your passport and the printed pack. Only applicants who gave fingerprints for a Schengen visa in the previous 59 months may be able to skip the fingerprint step, at the consulate's discretion.

  7. 07

What if my trip is less than three weeks away?

Standard processing is 15 calendar days from the appointment, up to 45 in some cases, and the clock starts at the appointment, not when you pay us. With under three weeks to travel we tell you plainly whether a slot and a decision are realistic before we take the fee, and if the earliest date we can see is after your travel date we say so. Read our urgent Schengen visa page first.
