Greece Visa Help from the UK: GVC Slot and Papers for £99

Our Greece visa service from the UK prepares your application for a £99 service fee and books your GVC World appointment in London or Manchester in your own name. The Greek consulate in London refused 24.6% of the 36,089 UK applications it decided in 2025, the highest rate of the big destinations, so the document pack is built to its checklist and checked before you go. You pay the €90 consulate fee and GVC's prepaid £25.50 fee yourself, attend biometrics, and the consulate decides.

How it works

  1. 01

    Send your documents

Pay the £99 service fee, answer a short questionnaire and upload your documents to your own secure account. Full refund if you cancel before we start. If anything is missing we ask once, in one list, and the clocks below pause until you send it.

  2. 02

    Prepared within 24 hours

Within 24 hours of your complete file we complete the forms and build your document pack to the GVC World checklist, in the order the counter wants it, or your fee back. You see the pack in your account before anything is lodged.

  3. 03

Appointment booked within 3 working days

We book on the official GVC World site, in your own name and account, within 3 working days of your complete file, subject to availability, or your fee back. The clock pauses while the centre shows no appointments at all, and the plan step tells you so before you pay.

  4. 04

    Attend and collect

You attend the GVC World centre in person for fingerprints and a photo, hand over the pack and pay the official fees at the counter (the €90 consulate fee and the GVC World fee, about £107 together). The consulate decides, normally within 15 calendar days, and your passport comes back by courier or collection. We stay on WhatsApp throughout.

Family or friends on the same trip? £69 for each additional applicant on one order, up to 5. Six or more, we quote. Both promises are written into our terms.

What is and is not included

In the £99

  • Forms completed, including any consulate portal step, checked against your passport line by line
  • Document pack built to the GVC World checklist, with a what-to-bring list for the day
  • Appointment booked on the official GVC World site, in your own name and your own account
  • WhatsApp replies within the hour, day or night, before and after you pay

Not included

  • The €90 consulate fee and the GVC World fee, paid by you at the centre on the day (about £107 together; never marked up, never through us)
  • Travel insurance with at least €30,000 of medical cover: you buy it (from about £12) and we tell you what qualifies
  • The decision, which is the consulate's alone. We do not guarantee approval and no honest service can
  • Immigration advice. We prepare documents and book appointments; we do not advise on your UK status

TL;DR

Greece visa help from the UK for a £99 service fee: we build your document pack to the Greek consulate's checklist, complete the form, and book your GVC World appointment in London or Manchester in your own name. Greece refused 24.6% of UK applications in 2025, so the pack is the point. You pay the €90 consulate fee and GVC's prepaid £25.50 at the official site, attend biometrics, and the consulate decides. No bots, no bought slots.

Greece from the UK: who takes the application

Greece is the only Schengen state that uses GVC World (Global Visa Center World) in the UK. There are two centres, London and Manchester, and none in Scotland, Wales or Northern Ireland. Every application is decided by the Greek consulate in London: the European Commission's 2025 consulate statistics show all 36,089 UK applications under that one post.

Booking is on GVC's own site, uk-gr.gvcworld.eu. The slot is confirmed only when GVC's £25.50 service fee (stated as €30) is prepaid online; without the payment the slot is not held. The €90 consulate fee, about £81, is paid at the centre on the day, €45 for a child aged 6 to 11 and nothing under 6. Standard processing is 15 calendar days from the appointment, up to 45 in some cases.

The slot situation

Two centres serve the whole UK, so Greece calendars are under pressure from late spring through August, and GVC releases slots without notice. Nobody outside GVC knows when the next batch lands, and no one can quote a reliable wait. Applications can be lodged up to six months before travel, which for a summer trip means starting in winter or early spring.

Our desk logs the earliest Greece slot it has actually seen at each centre and the day it saw it, and shows that reading on this page and the plan step while it is under three weeks old. When the GVC system shows no Greece appointments at all, the booking promise is paused for Greece and the plan step says so before you pay.

Why the pack matters more for Greece than anywhere else

In 2025 the Greek consulate in London refused 8,814 of the 36,089 applications it decided, a rate of 24.6%, up from 10.3% in 2024. Among the destinations UK residents apply to most, that is the highest rate: Spain refused 6.1%, France 8.5%, Italy 6.0%, the Netherlands 1.0%. We cannot tell you why any individual file was refused and we never use these figures to predict an outcome. What they do say is that a Greece file gets read closely, and the grounds that are within your control need to be closed before you go:

  • The main destination. For an islands or mainland trip Greece is almost always the right country. If Greece shares the trip equally with other Schengen states, the first point of entry decides. We check this from your bookings before anything is prepaid, because GVC's fee is spent at the moment of booking.
  • An itinerary with no gaps. Flights in and out, accommodation for every night, and the ferry or domestic flight bookings between islands, all on the same dates as the form.
  • Funds and ties. Three to six months of bank statements, payslips, an employer or university letter, and proof of your UK status: a BRP, an eVisa share code or the visa in your passport. Weak evidence that you will return to the UK is the common thread in Schengen refusals.
  • Insurance covering the whole Schengen area for the whole trip with at least €30,000 of medical and repatriation cover.
  • Photos to the 35 by 45 mm specification, and a passport issued within the last ten years with three months' validity beyond your return.

Many applicants travel a long way to reach a Greece centre, and GVC staff check the file at the counter. A file turned away there costs the trip and the slot. Ours is checked against the consulate's list before you leave the house.

What our desk does for a Greece file

  1. Confirms the country from your itinerary and tells you if Greece is not the one to apply to.
  2. Prepares the file within 24 hours of your complete documents and details: the form, the ordered document pack, the cover letter and the what-to-bring list. Miss that through our fault and the fee comes back.
  3. Checks both GVC calendars by hand, London and Manchester, every working day, and books the first date that fits your travel, in your own name, from an account in your name. GVC takes its £25.50 fee online at that moment, so we agree the payment step with you before we book; it is an official fee and is not part of our £99.
  4. Books within 3 working days of your complete file, subject to availability, or the fee comes back. If GVC shows no slots at all, the promise is paused and you are told before you pay.
  5. Briefs you for the day: what to bring, what to pay at the counter, how the passport comes back, and when to expect the decision.

We do not run bots or scripts against GVC's site, we never ask for your GVC password or one-time code, and we never buy or sell an appointment. If you have to ask us for a missing document, both clocks pause from our request until you have sent it.

What does not change

The consulate decides, and the 15-day clock starts at your appointment, not when you pay us. The official fees are the same whoever prepares the file: about £107 per adult for Greece (consulate fee plus GVC's fee), paid by you, plus your own insurance. We do not refund on a refusal, because the decision is not what you buy; the £99 is refunded in full if you cancel before work starts. With under three weeks to travel we tell you whether a slot and a decision are realistic rather than take the fee.

Before you buy: the timing check

Work backwards from your departure date. The decision takes up to 15 calendar days from the appointment, sometimes up to 45, and the appointment itself depends on what GVC releases. For a June or July trip, a file completed in March or April gives the desk room; a file completed three weeks before departure may not. If that is where you are, read urgent Schengen visa from the UK first, or message the desk on WhatsApp at +44 7341 434824 with your dates and the centre you can reach. Replies come from a person, within the hour, day or night.

Common questions

  1. 01

What does the Greece visa service include?

We confirm Greece is the right country to apply to, complete the application form, build your document pack to the Greek consulate's checklist, book your GVC World appointment in London or Manchester in your own name, and give you a what-to-bring list for the day. Your file is ready within 24 hours of your complete documents and your appointment is booked within 3 working days of your complete file, subject to availability, or the service fee comes back.

  2. 02

How much does a Greece visa cost from the UK with your service?

Our service fee is £99 for the first applicant and £69 for each extra applicant on the same order, up to five. The official fees are paid by you: the €90 consulate fee, about £81 (€45 for a child aged 6 to 11, free under 6), GVC World's £25.50 service fee, which GVC takes online at the moment of booking, and travel insurance from about £12. About £107 per adult in official fees, which we never add to.

  3. 03

Can you get me a GVC Greece appointment faster?

We cannot create a slot. GVC World releases Greece appointments without notice and there are only two UK centres, London and Manchester, so calendars fill quickly from late spring through August. What we do is check both calendars by hand every working day, book the first date that fits your travel, and be ready to pay GVC's prepayment at that moment, because the slot is not held without it. We never use bots and never buy a slot.

  4. 04

Why is the Greece refusal rate so high, and does your service change it?

The European Commission's figures show 8,814 of 36,089 UK applications to Greece refused in 2025, 24.6%, up from 10.3% in 2024. The consulate does not publish reasons by case, and we cannot predict any individual outcome or guarantee a visa. What a prepared file does is remove the common grounds for refusal that are within your control: a wrong main destination, gaps in the itinerary, thin proof of funds or of your ties to the UK, and insurance that does not cover the whole trip.

  5. 05

Is there a GVC Greece centre in Scotland?

No. Greece is handled by GVC World in London and Manchester only. If you live in Scotland or the north of England, Manchester is usually the nearer centre, and we book whichever of the two shows the first workable date. Build the travel day into your plans, because a file turned away at the counter means a second trip.

  6. 06

Do I pay GVC's fee to you?

No. GVC World's £25.50 (stated as €30) service fee is an official fee paid to GVC, taken online when the appointment is booked to confirm it. It is not part of our £99 and we never mark it up. Because GVC takes it at the moment of booking, we agree the payment step with you before we book. The €90 consulate fee is paid at the centre on the day.
