Netherlands Visa Help from the UK: Prepared for £99

Our Netherlands visa service from the UK prepares your application for a £99 service fee and books your VFS Global appointment in London or Edinburgh, the only two UK centres, in your own name. The Dutch consulate refused 1.0% of the 25,711 UK applications it decided in 2025, the lowest rate of the big destinations, so the work is getting a straightforward file right first time and reaching a centre that may be far from home. You pay the €90 consulate fee and VFS's £18 fee at the centre, attend biometrics, and the consulate decides.

How it works

  1. 01

    Send your documents

Pay the £99 service fee, answer a short questionnaire and upload your documents to your own secure account. Full refund if you cancel before we start. If anything is missing we ask once, in one list, and the clocks below pause until you send it.

  2. 02

    Prepared within 24 hours

Within 24 hours of your complete file we complete the forms and build your document pack to the VFS Global checklist, in the order the counter wants it, or your fee back. You see the pack in your account before anything is lodged.

  3. 03

Appointment booked within 3 working days

We book on the official VFS Global site, in your own name and account, within 3 working days of your complete file, subject to availability, or your fee back. The clock pauses while the centre shows no appointments at all, and the plan step tells you so before you pay.

  4. 04

    Attend and collect

You attend the VFS Global centre in person for fingerprints and a photo, hand over the pack and pay the official fees at the counter (the €90 consulate fee and the VFS Global fee, about £99 together). The consulate decides, normally within 15 calendar days, and your passport comes back by courier or collection. We stay on WhatsApp throughout.

Family or friends on the same trip? £69 for each additional applicant on one order, up to 5. Six or more, we quote. Both promises are written into our terms.

What is and is not included

In the £99

  • Forms completed, including any consulate portal step, checked against your passport line by line
  • Document pack built to the VFS Global checklist, with a what-to-bring list for the day
  • Appointment booked on the official VFS Global site, in your own name and your own account
  • WhatsApp replies within the hour, day or night, before and after you pay

Not included

  • The €90 consulate fee and the VFS Global fee, paid by you at the centre on the day (about £99 together; never marked up, never through us)
  • Travel insurance with at least €30,000 of medical cover: you buy it (from about £12) and we tell you what qualifies
  • The decision, which is the consulate's alone. We do not guarantee approval and no honest service can
  • Immigration advice. We prepare documents and book appointments; we do not advise on your UK status

TL;DR

Netherlands visa help from the UK for a £99 service fee: we build your pack to the Dutch checklist, complete the form, and book your VFS Global appointment in London or Edinburgh in your own name; there is no Manchester centre. The Netherlands refused 1.0% of UK applications in 2025, so the job is a clean file and a slot you can reach. You pay the official fees, attend biometrics, and the consulate decides. No bots, no bought slots.

The Netherlands from the UK: who takes the application

Dutch short-stay applications in the UK go through VFS Global from two centres only, London and Edinburgh. Either centre can take any UK applicant, and the Dutch consulate decides: the European Commission's 2025 statistics show all 25,711 UK applications decided under the London post. Booking is on visa.vfsglobal.com.

The €90 consulate fee, about £81, and VFS's £18.00 service fee are paid at the centre (€45 for a child aged 6 to 11, free under 6). The VFS fee was verified against the official VFS Netherlands UK page on 24 June 2026 and is one of the lower centre fees of any Schengen destination from the UK. Standard processing is 15 calendar days from the appointment, up to 45 in some cases. Official fees are about £99 per adult.

The slot situation

Two centres for the whole UK keeps Netherlands calendars busy before holiday seasons. VFS releases slots in batches and cancellations reappear without notice, so an empty calendar today can show dates tomorrow. We do not quote a waiting time, because nobody outside VFS knows one. Applications can be lodged up to six months before travel.

Our desk logs the earliest Netherlands slot it has actually seen at each centre and the day it saw it, and shows that reading on this page and the plan step while it is under three weeks old. When VFS shows no Netherlands appointments at all, the booking promise is paused for the Netherlands and the plan step says so before you pay.

The missing Manchester centre is the Netherlands-specific problem. If you live in the north of England or the Midlands, both London and Edinburgh are a day's travel, and a file turned away at the counter means doing it twice. That is the practical case for having the file checked before you go.

What our desk does for a Netherlands file

  1. Confirms the country from your bookings. The common Netherlands case is a trip that starts in Amsterdam and goes on elsewhere: the Netherlands is right only if it has the most nights, or the nights are equal and it is your first entry. See which country to apply to.
  2. Prepares the file within 24 hours of your complete documents and details: the form, the ordered document pack, the cover letter and the what-to-bring list. Miss that through our fault and the fee comes back.
  3. Checks both VFS calendars by hand, London and Edinburgh, every working day, and books the first date that fits your travel and the centre you can reach, in your own name, from an account in your name.
  4. Books within 3 working days of your complete file, subject to availability, or the fee comes back. If VFS shows no slots at all, the promise is paused and you are told before you pay.
  5. Briefs you for the day: what to bring, what to pay at the counter, how the passport comes back, and when to expect the decision.

We do not run bots or scripts against VFS Global's site, we never ask for your VFS password or one-time code, and we never buy or sell an appointment. If we have to ask you for a missing document, both clocks pause from our request until you have sent it.

What the Dutch consulate is strict about

A 1.0% refusal rate does not mean a thin file passes; it means complete files usually do. VFS staff check the file at the counter, and an incomplete submission can mean rebooking the slot. The pack we build covers:

  • Proof of UK status: a BRP, an eVisa share code or the visa in your passport, with leave running beyond the trip.
  • Bank statements for the last three to six months, with payslips, that line up with the trip's cost and with what the form says you do.
  • Accommodation for every night and return flights, on the same dates as the form, plus a day-by-day itinerary if the trip moves around.
  • Ties to the UK: an employer or university letter, tenancy or property, family.
  • Insurance with at least €30,000 of medical and repatriation cover for the whole Schengen area and the whole trip.
  • Photos to the 35 by 45 mm specification and a passport issued within the last ten years with three months' validity beyond your return.

What does not change

The consulate decides, and the 15-day clock starts at your appointment, not when you pay us. The official fees are the same whoever prepares the file: about £99 per adult for the Netherlands, paid by you at the centre, plus your own insurance. We do not refund on a refusal, because the decision is not what you buy; the £99 is refunded in full if you cancel before work starts. With under three weeks to travel we tell you whether a slot and a decision are realistic rather than take the fee.

Before you buy: the timing check

Work backwards from your departure: up to 15 calendar days from the appointment for the decision, sometimes up to 45, and before that whatever VFS releases at London or Edinburgh. If your trip is under three weeks away, read urgent Schengen visa from the UK first, or message the desk on WhatsApp at +44 7341 434824 with your dates and the centre you can reach. Replies come from a person, within the hour, day or night.

Common questions

  1. 01

What does the Netherlands visa service include?

We confirm the Netherlands is the right country to apply to, complete the application form, build your document pack to the Dutch checklist, book your VFS Global appointment in London or Edinburgh in your own name, and give you a what-to-bring list for the day. Your file is ready within 24 hours of your complete documents and your appointment is booked within 3 working days of your complete file, subject to availability, or the service fee comes back.

  2. 02

How much does a Netherlands visa cost from the UK with your service?

Our service fee is £99 for the first applicant and £69 for each extra applicant on the same order, up to five. The official fees are paid by you at the centre: the €90 consulate fee, about £81 (€45 for a child aged 6 to 11, free under 6), VFS Global's £18.00 service fee, verified on the official VFS Netherlands page, and travel insurance from about £12. About £99 per adult in official fees, which we never add to.

  3. 03

Is there a VFS Netherlands centre in Manchester?

No. The Netherlands is served from London and Edinburgh only. Either centre can take your application, so we check both calendars every working day and book whichever shows the first date that fits your travel. If you live in the north of England, compare the journey to each before deciding which you would rather attend.

  4. 04

Why is the Netherlands refusal rate so low?

The European Commission's figures show 250 of 25,711 UK applications to the Netherlands refused in 2025, 1.0%, down from 1.5% in 2024. The consulate does not publish reasons by case and we cannot predict any individual outcome. The practical reading is that a complete, consistent Netherlands file is usually decided without drama, so the thing to get right is completeness at the counter and the main-destination rule for trips that start in Amsterdam.

  5. 05

I am flying into Amsterdam and travelling on. Do I apply to the Netherlands?

Only if the Netherlands is your main destination, the country with the most nights, or if the nights are equal across countries and the Netherlands is where you first enter. Flying into Amsterdam for one night before two weeks in Spain means applying to Spain. We check this from your bookings before anything is booked, because applying to the wrong consulate is a common refusal reason.

  6. 06

Can you get a VFS Netherlands appointment faster?

We cannot create a slot. VFS releases Netherlands appointments without notice and two centres serve the whole UK. What we do is check London and Edinburgh by hand every working day and book the first date that fits your travel, in your own name, from an account in your name. We do not quote waiting times, we never use bots, and we never buy a slot.
