Who this is for
- People living in the UK on a visa or with settled status whose passport needs a US visa: Indian, Pakistani, Bangladeshi, Sri Lankan, Filipino, Ghanaian, Kenyan, Egyptian, Turkish, South African, Chinese and many more.
- A holiday, visiting family, or business meetings and conferences: the B1/B2 visitor visa.
Who it is not for
- British citizens and other Visa Waiver Program nationals. You travel on an ESTA, a short official online form. We do not sell ESTA help because there is nothing to add.
- Nationals of Cuba, Nigeria, Tanzania, Venezuela, Zambia, Zimbabwe and the other countries on the January 2026 proclamation list. Since 1 January 2026 the United States has suspended visitor visa issuance to them. We will not take your money for an application that cannot be issued. The plan checks this before anything is paid.
- People living outside the UK. The embassy asks you to apply where you live.

Questions people ask before paying
- Who needs a US visitor visa from the UK?
- Anyone living in the UK whose passport is not covered by the Visa Waiver Program: for example Indian, Pakistani, Bangladeshi, Sri Lankan, Filipino, Ghanaian, Kenyan, Egyptian, Turkish, South African and Chinese nationals. British citizens and other visa-waiver nationals travel on an ESTA instead, which is a short official online form we do not sell help with.
- What does the £129 cover, and what do I still pay?
- The £129 is our service fee: the DS-160 completed with you and checked, your document pack, the interview booked with you on the official scheduling site, and a written interview brief. You pay the $185 visa fee yourself on the official site, and it is non-refundable. Nothing official passes through us.
- How long is the wait for a London interview?
- The State Department publishes wait times monthly. In its 21 July 2026 update, the next available visitor visa interview in London was about two months out. The figure moves, so we log the current one at the top of this page whenever our desk checks it, with the date.
- Can you guarantee the visa?
- No, and nobody honest can. The consular officer decides at the interview. What we do is make sure the form is right, the file answers the questions officers ask, and you walk in knowing what to expect. If we cannot have your DS-160 and pack ready within 24 hours of your complete documents and details, you get the service fee back.
- Why will you not take my order if I am Nigerian or Zimbabwean?
- Because since 1 January 2026, Presidential Proclamation 10998 suspends the issue of visitor visas to nationals of the countries on its list, and Nigeria and Zimbabwe are on it. Paying us to prepare an application that cannot be issued would waste your money. The proclamation does not apply if you held a valid US visa on that date or travel on another passport that is not listed.
- Do I have to attend in person?
- Yes. Interviews are by appointment at the US Embassy in London, and the Belfast consulate also handles visitor visas. Expect two to three hours: your form is checked, your fingerprints are taken, then a short interview with a consular officer. No laptops or large bags, and your phone stays in your pocket.
