For employers, universities and travel managers

Schengen visas for your people, done for you.

Your non-EU staff and students need a visa for every trip to Europe, and someone in your team ends up doing the forms. We take the whole thing: forms, document pack, appointment. A fixed £149 per application, invoiced monthly. Official fees are paid at the centre on the day.

What £149 covers

  • Application forms completed for each traveller, from a short intake
  • Document pack built to the visa centre's own checklist and checked before submission
  • Appointment booked at the right centre, with the slot situation reported honestly
  • Business invitation letter reviewed, and a template if the host company has none
  • Multiple-entry strategy for frequent travellers, so one visa covers a year of trips
  • Ready within 24 hours of documents arriving, or the fee for that application back
  • One invoice a month, 14-day terms, a named contact who answers the same day

Not included, because no provider can include them: the €90 consulate fee and the visa-centre fee (about £20 to £45 depending on the country), both paid by the traveller at the centre. Travel insurance meeting the €30,000 rule, which we tell you how to source. UK immigration work of any kind.

The market, honestly

Corporate visa desks charge £210 plus VAT for the same service fee.

The largest provider's published UK service fee for a France application is £252 including VAT, before consular and centre fees. Small agencies charge £79 to £120 and are not set up to invoice a company. We sit in between, with a company number you can check and a named person who answers.

Competitor prices as published on their sites, September 2026.

How it works

  1. Step 1

    Tell us who travels

Names, nationalities, destinations and dates. A spreadsheet is fine.

  2. Step 2

    We prepare each file

Forms, document pack, invitation letter, insurance guidance. You see the checklist per traveller.

  3. Step 3

    We book the appointment

At TLScontact, VFS, BLS or GVC, and report the earliest slot we can get for each person.

  4. Step 4

    Your traveller attends

Biometrics are in person by law. They pay the €90 consulate fee and the centre fee at the counter, on a company card if you prefer.

For founders and people teams

Startups and scale-ups on a sponsor licence

If you hold a sponsor licence, part of your team is non-EU, and every one of them needs a Schengen visa for every trip to Europe: the conference in Lisbon, the client in Frankfurt, the offsite in Barcelona. A bank has a travel desk for this. You have a founder doing visa forms at midnight before a demo day.

We are the visa desk. The employee uploads their documents once, we prepare the file, book the appointment in their name and invoice the company. £149 per application. Start with a 3-application pilot, no contract.

What we do not do: UK sponsorship, Skilled Worker visas, right-to-work checks or any UK immigration advice. That is regulated work for a registered adviser or a solicitor, and we refer it on.

Ask for the 3-application pilot

How it works, in 30 seconds

  1. You send us the traveller's name and work email. They get an upload link the same day.
  2. They upload their passport, UK status share code, statements and trip details once, from a phone if they like.
  3. We complete the forms, build the pack to the centre's checklist, and write or review the employer letter.
  4. We book the appointment in their name at the right centre and tell you both the date.
  5. They attend for biometrics and pay the official fees at the counter. You get one invoice a month.

For organisers

Groups of 6 or more: families, friends, societies, teams

One trip, several applicants, one person doing the organising: a society's Christmas-markets weekend, a family wedding in Italy, a five-a-side team's tournament in Spain. For 6 or more travelling together, our service fee is £79 a head, quoted once we know the head count and destination, and invoiced to the organiser or the society. The consulate fee and the centre fee are paid by each traveller at the centre, as always, and we tell you the exact amounts per person in advance.

One organiser uploads for everyone
A single link for the whole group. The organiser uploads each traveller's documents, or forwards the link so each person uploads their own. Either way one person sees the whole checklist.
One itinerary
We check the shared bookings against every application, so the consulate sees the same trip in every file and every file goes to the right country.
One appointment run per centre, where the centre allows
Some operators take group bookings. Where the centre allows, we book the group in one run. Where it does not, we book each traveller individually, in the same week where we can, and tell you each date as we get it.
Ask for a group quote

Fewer than 6? Families and small groups of up to 5 can add applicants at checkout on the standard service, at £69 for each additional applicant.

Ask for a pilot

Three applications at the corporate rate, no commitment beyond them. Tell us the shape of your travel and a person replies within one working day.

We reply from a named person, not a queue. Your details are used only to answer this enquiry.

Questions procurement asks

Can you do our Skilled Worker visas or sponsor licence as well?
No. Advice on UK immigration is regulated by the Immigration Advice Authority and it is a criminal offence to give it without registration. We prepare Schengen (Europe) applications, which sit outside that regime, and we refer UK immigration work to a registered adviser.
Can you guarantee the visa?
No one can, and anyone who says otherwise is not being straight with you. The consulate decides. What we guarantee is a complete, correctly evidenced file, prepared within 24 hours of documents, or that application's fee back.
Why are the official fees not included?
Every operator collects the consulate fee and its own fee from the person at the counter on the day. No provider can pay them for your traveller, whatever their website says. Our price is our work; the fees are paid at the centre, and we tell you the exact amounts in advance.
How many applications can you take?
We cap intake so the 24-hour promise holds. Tell us your expected monthly volume and we will say plainly whether we can serve it, and from when.
