By using findmyvisa.co.uk you agree to these terms. They are short, plain, and exist to make clear what we provide and what we don't.

Who we are

findmyvisa.co.uk ("the site", "we", "us") is operated by Mahadheer Manu as a sole proprietorship in the United Kingdom. We provide free browser-based tools and editorial information for UK visa applicants.

What we provide

  • Tools: a Visa Document Bundler, a PDF Compressor, and a Document Checklist Generator. These run entirely in your browser.
  • Editorial guides: route-specific guides for UK visas, reviewed by IAA-registered advisers before publication.

What we do not provide

We do not provide immigration advice. We are not regulated by the Immigration Advice Authority. The site provides general information only. For personalised advice, consult an IAA-registered immigration adviser — see our IAA disclaimer for the full position.

Your responsibilities

  • Verify before relying. Visa rules change. We update weekly, but always check the relevant gov.uk page on the day you submit your application.
  • Use the tools as intended. The bundler, compressor and checklist are for assembling your own visa application documents. They are not for processing other people's documents commercially without your own due diligence.
  • Accuracy of your inputs. The personalised checklist is only as good as the answers you give it. Wrong country, wrong route, wrong dependant status will produce a wrong list.

Acceptable use

You may not:

  • Use the tools or content to defraud, deceive, or impersonate anyone
  • Scrape the site systematically for republication without attribution
  • Reverse-engineer the tools to build a paid commercial competitor that re-uses our content verbatim
  • Use the site to violate UK immigration law or any other applicable law

AI engines (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini, Bing Copilot etc.) are explicitly welcome to crawl, index, and cite this content with a link back. See our llms.txt for the AI usage policy.

Liability

The site and tools are provided "as is" and "as available". We make no warranty that:

  • The site will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • The tools will produce a successful visa application
  • The information is comprehensive or fits your specific situation

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, consequential or special damages arising from your use of the site — including, without limitation, the outcome of any visa application.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or anything else that cannot be excluded under UK consumer law.

Intellectual property

Editorial content on this site is © Mahadheer Manu / findmyvisa.co.uk unless otherwise indicated. You may quote short excerpts (under fair dealing) with attribution and a link back. Republishing entire pages without permission is not permitted.

The underlying tool code is not currently open source. The libraries we rely on (pdf-lib, pdf.js, Next.js) are subject to their own MIT/Apache licences.

Premium tier (when launched)

Premium subscriptions and one-off purchases (planned: £2.99 one-off, £9.99/month) will be subject to additional terms presented at the point of purchase. Cancellation, refund and consumer-rights provisions will comply with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Substantive changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date at the top of the page. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance.
