Terms of use & service terms
By using findmyvisa.co.uk you agree to these terms. They cover the free tools and editorial, and the paid Schengen application-review service.
Who we are
findmyvisa.co.uk (“the site”, “we”, “us”) is operated by WayaNerd Ltd, a company registered in the United Kingdom.
What we provide
- Free tools: a Visa Document Bundler, a PDF Compressor, a Document Checklist Generator and calculators — all run in your browser.
- Editorial guides: UK-visa and Schengen-from-the-UK information; UK visa-route content is reviewed by an IAA-registered adviser before publication.
- A paid done-for-you Schengen application service (see below).
We do not provide immigration advice
We are not regulated by the Immigration Advice Authority and we do not provide immigration advice. Our content is general information, and our paid service is document review and preparation — not legal or immigration advice. For advice, consult an IAA-registered adviser (see our IAA disclaimer).
The paid done-for-you Schengen service
What it is
For a single all-in fee, we prepare and lodge your Schengen visa application for you: we complete the application forms, assemble your document pack against the destination consulate’s published requirements, book your appointment, and pay the consulate fee, the visa-centre fee and your travel insurance on your behalf. It is a document-preparation and application-handling service. We also offer a cheaper Self-Serve DIY pack if you would rather prepare and lodge the application yourself.
The one part you must do yourself — biometrics
Schengen rules require you to attend the visa application centre in person to give your fingerprints and photo (unless you have provided them within the last 59 months). We cannot do this for you. We book the appointment and tell you exactly what to bring; you attend it.
What it is not — no guarantee of outcome
The consulate or embassy alone decides whether to grant your visa. We do not, and cannot, guarantee that your application will be approved. Our fee buys our review and support, not a particular outcome. We will never submit false or altered documents, fabricate bookings, or claim a guaranteed result.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate, genuine documents that are yours to share.
- You remain responsible for your own application, for booking and attending any appointment/biometrics, and for meeting the consulate’s requirements and deadlines.
- You must be legally resident in the UK where the service assumes it.
Fees & payment
- The done-for-you service is a single all-in price set per destination and shown in full before you pay. It bundles the consulate visa fee, the visa-centre (VFS/TLScontact/BLS/GVC) service fee, travel insurance, and our preparation service. The price varies by country because the visa-centre fee does.
- We pay the consulate fee, the visa-centre fee and your insurance on your behalf, as disbursements— we don’t mark those up. Our own service margin is the only part we keep.
- The cheaper Self-Serve DIY pack is £39; it does not include any third-party fees, which you would pay yourself when you apply.
- Payment is taken at purchase via Stripe. We never see your card details. Prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable.
Cancellation & refunds
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you normally have a 14-day right to cancel a service. Because our service is digital and often delivered quickly, the following applies:
- Before we start work and before any fee has been paid on your behalf: you can cancel for a full refund.
- Once we have paid third-party fees on your behalf (the consulate fee, the visa-centre fee or your insurance), those amounts are non-refundable because they are paid out to those parties and we cannot recover them. Only the unused part of our service margin can be refunded at that point.
- By uploading your documents and asking us to begin, you request that the service starts immediately and acknowledge that once your application has been prepared and lodged the service is fully performed and the fee is non-refundable.
- We do notrefund based on the consulate’s decision (a refusal), because the outcome is not part of what you buy.
- If we make a genuine error in our review, we will correct it or, at our discretion, refund you. Nothing here removes your non-excludable rights under UK consumer law.

Your documents & data
Documents you upload for review are handled securely and deleted after your review, as set out in our privacy policy. By using the service you confirm the documents are yours to share and consent to us processing them to provide the review.
Acceptable use
You may not:
- Use the site, tools or service to defraud, deceive, or impersonate anyone, or to submit false documents
- Scrape the site systematically for republication without attribution
- Reverse-engineer the tools to build a commercial competitor reusing our content verbatim
- Use the site to violate immigration or any other applicable law
AI engines are welcome to crawl, index, and cite our content with a link back — see llms.txt.
Liability
The site, tools and service are provided “as is”. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, that the tools or service will produce a successful visa application, or that information fits your specific situation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, and except for the fees you have paid us for the relevant service, we are not liable for indirect, consequential or special loss — including the outcome of any visa application. Nothing limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything that cannot be excluded under UK consumer law.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
