Who this is for
You live in the UK, your passport needs a visa for Spain, and you would rather hand the application to someone who does it every day than learn BLS International's booking system the week before a holiday. That is the whole service: we prepare the application, build the pack and book the appointment in your name, and you turn up with your passport. We do not sell a guaranteed visa, a guaranteed slot or immigration advice, and we say so on every page.
Spain took 138,195 Schengen visa applications at its three UK consulates in 2025, more than any other Schengen state, and refused 6.1% of them. Most refusals come down to a file that does not hang together: bank statements that do not match the trip, an itinerary that puts most nights in another country, or thin evidence of a return to the UK. Those are preparation problems, and preparation is what the £99 buys.
What you get for £99
- The Spain application form completed from your documents, checked against your passport line by line, and the account on uk.blsspainvisa.com set up in your name with you.
- A document pack built to the BLS checklist: passport and old passports, proof of UK residence (BRP, eVisa share code or visa), round-trip flights, accommodation for every night, a day-by-day itinerary, 3 to 6 months of bank statements with payslips, an employer or university letter, insurance that meets the €30,000 rule, and a short cover letter. In the order the counter wants it, with a what-to-bring list.
- Your BLS appointment booked on the official site, in your own account, within 3 working days of your complete file, subject to availability. Our desk opens all three city calendars, London, Manchester and Edinburgh, every working day, because any of them can take a Spain application and the one nearest you is not always the one with a date.

So for one adult: £99 to us now, about £96 at the BLS centre on the day, about £195 all in, plus the insurance you buy. The BLS slot is the hard part, so here is how we handle it
Spain is the only Schengen destination that uses BLS International in the UK, and BLS releases appointments in batches rather than on a timetable. A calendar that shows nothing on Monday can show dates on Tuesday, and London can be full while Edinburgh has a slot next week.
Our booking desk checks the BLS Spain calendar by hand every working day for every customer whose file is complete, and takes the first slot that fits your travel dates at whichever of the three centres you can reach. When we have a recent reading, the offer card at the top of this page shows the earliest slot we have seen and the day we saw it; the same readings for every UK centre are in our appointment availability index, dated, never scraped, withdrawn once they are three weeks old. When the BLS system shows no Spain appointments at all, the booking promise pauses until slots reappear, and we tell you that before you pay rather than after.
Some services charge £100 or more per applicant to run software against the booking sites and ask you for your login code; some agencies sell a "priority" or "super priority" appointment for £199 to £320. We do neither. Booking on the official site is free, consulates have voided appointments booked by bots and resellers, and our fee is £99, published, and refundable under the rules below.

- We will not promise a visa. The Spanish consulate decides, and anyone who guarantees an outcome is misdescribing the process.
- We will not promise a date. We promise the booking within 3 working days of your complete file, subject to availability, and we show you the slot picture before you pay.
- We will not give immigration advice about your UK status. We prepare documents and book appointments.
- We will not touch a booking site with a bot, a script or a pooled account, and we will not pay anyone for a slot.

Can you guarantee a BLS Spain appointment?
No, and nobody honest can. BLS International releases Spain slots in batches without notice. What we promise in writing is that we book within 3 working days of your complete file, subject to availability, or the fee comes back, and that our desk opens all three city calendars (London, Manchester and Edinburgh) every working day until a slot that fits your dates appears. If the BLS system shows no appointments at all, the booking clock pauses and the plan step tells you so before you pay.

Do I still have to go to the BLS centre?
Yes. Fingerprints and a photo are taken in person at the BLS centre, and you pay the official fees at the counter. We do everything around that visit: the form, the document pack in the order BLS wants it, the booking in your own name, and a what-to-bring list for the day. Only applicants who gave fingerprints for a Schengen visa in the previous 59 months may be able to skip the fingerprint step, and even then the file is handed in at the centre.

What do I pay at the centre, and is it included in the £99?
The official fees are not included and never pass through us. At the BLS centre you pay the €90 consulate fee (about £81) and BLS International's service fee of £14.85 including VAT, about £96 together per adult. Children aged 6 to 11 pay a €45 consulate fee and children under 6 pay none. Our £99 is for the preparation and the booking; the all-in figure for one adult is therefore about £195, plus travel insurance from about £12 that you buy yourself.

Do you need my BLS password or a one-time code?
No. The appointment is booked in your own name from an account in your name, which we set up with you or you create yourself. We never ask for a portal password or a one-time code, never run software against the BLS site, and never buy or sell a slot. If any service asks you for a login code, that is the moment to stop.

Can you do a family or a group on one order?
Yes. The first applicant is £99 and each additional applicant on the same order is £69, up to five people in one checkout. Six or more travelling together is a group, which we quote by WhatsApp. Everyone pays their own consulate and BLS fees at the centre, and children's applications need the extra documents on our children's page, which we build into the pack.

What happens if Spain refuses the visa?
The consulate decides, and the consulate and BLS fees are not refunded on a refusal, which is why the file has to be right first time. We do not refund our fee on a refusal either, because the decision is not what you buy from us; what you buy is a complete, consistent application lodged in time. If you are refused, we read the refusal letter with you and tell you plainly what changed and whether reapplying makes sense.

How quickly can you move if my trip is soon?
The file is ready within 24 hours of your complete documents, and the first booking attempt is made within one working day. Spain then takes up to 15 calendar days from the appointment, sometimes 45. With under three weeks to travel we tell you before you pay whether the dates are realistic rather than take the fee; the earliest BLS slot our desk has seen is shown on this page when we have a recent reading.
