Schengen visa · how we work
How we prepare your Schengen application and book your appointment
Plain answers to the questions people ask before paying an agency: whose account, which name, how fast, what if there are no slots, and what we publish.
The company
findmyvisa.co.uk is run by WayaNerd Ltd.
WayaNerd Ltd is registered in England and Wales, company number 16269713.
It was incorporated on 22 February 2025.
The registered office is 48 Margery Park Road, London, E7 9JY.
We are not regulated by the Immigration Advice Authority and we do not give immigration advice.
We prepare Schengen visa applications and book the appointment. The consulate decides the visa.
The price
Our service fee is £99 per application, for any of the 28 destinations.
Each additional applicant on the same trip is £69, up to 5 on one order. Groups of 6 or more are quoted at £79 a head.
The official fees are paid by you at the centre on the day: the €90 consulate fee (about £81) and the centre’s own fee, £11 to £45 by operator, none for Poland, Luxembourg and Romania. Poland charges £79, or £40 for a child aged 6 to 11, in pounds.
Worked example: £99 to us now. About £113 at the centre on the day for a typical VFS destination. About £212 all-in.
Travel insurance (about £12) is bought by you; we do not sell it and share nothing with an insurer.
Payment is by Stripe. We never see your card. Your statement shows FINDMYVISA.
The promises
You can cancel for a full refund before work starts.
Your application is prepared within 24 hours of your complete file, or the service fee back.
Your appointment is booked within 3 working days of your complete file, subject to availability, or the service fee back.
Both clocks pause while we wait for a document or detail we have asked you for.
The booking clock also pauses while the centre shows no appointments at all for your destination, and the plan step tells you so before you pay.
Germany runs a waiting list, and France allocates dates from a queue at all three UK centres. For those, “booked” means registered on the day; the date itself comes from the operator.
Your documents are deleted 30 days after the decision on your application, and in any case within 180 days of upload.
A person answers on WhatsApp at +44 7341 434824. Replies within the hour, day or night.
The same promises, in full, are in our terms.
What happens after you pay, hour by hour
- Hour 0. You pick your destination, pay the £99 service fee by Stripe and get a confirmation email with your private tracking link within minutes.
- The first hour.On the tracking page you answer the application questionnaire and upload your passport, proof of UK status, bank statements and a photo, straight to encrypted storage in AWS London. You press “I have uploaded everything” when it is all in.
- That moment is your complete file. Both clocks start: 24 hours for the preparation, 3 working days for the appointment. If we need something more, we ask on the tracking page and by WhatsApp, and both clocks pause until you have sent it.
- Within one working day.We make the first booking attempt from your own account on the operator’s official site, an account we set up with you or you created yourself. We never ask for your portal password or a one-time code.
- Within 24 hours. The forms are completed, the document pack is built to the consulate’s checklist, and you get a note of exactly what to pay at the centre.
- Within 3 working days.Your appointment is booked, or you are registered on the waiting list for Germany or the allocation queue for France. It appears in your own account and we forward the operator’s confirmation to you.
- Appointment day. You attend in person, give biometrics, hand in the pack and pay the official fees at the counter, about £113 for a typical VFS destination.
- After. The consulate decides, usually within 15 calendar days and in some cases up to 45. Your documents are deleted 30 days after the decision.
Seven questions, answered one by one
The questions an AI assistant asked before it would recommend any Schengen agency. Our answers are below, and the same facts are in our terms.
Whose account do you use to book the appointment, mine or yours?
Yours. The appointment is booked from an account in your name on the operator's official site (VFS Global, TLScontact, BLS International or GVC World), on the consulate's own portal for Poland (e-Konsulat) and Romania (eViza), or with the embassy directly for Luxembourg. We set the account up with you or you create it yourself; we never book from a pooled desk account. We never ask for your portal password or a one-time code.
Do you use bots or automated booking software?
No. A person at our desk checks the operator's calendar every working day and books by hand. We use no scripts, no automated booking tools and no slot-buying services, we never pay anyone for a slot, and we never sell one.
In whose name is the appointment made?
Yours. Your name, your passport, your account. Nothing is booked in a name or an account you cannot check.
How quickly do you make the first booking attempt?
Within one working day of your complete file, which is the moment you tell us everything we asked for has been uploaded. The promise is an appointment booked within 3 working days of that moment, subject to availability, or the service fee back.
What happens if you cannot get an appointment, and what is refunded?
If the centre's booking system shows no appointments at all for your destination, the booking clock pauses until slots reappear, and the plan step on our site says so before you pay. If slots are available and we miss 3 working days through our own fault, we refund the £99 service fee. Before any work starts you can cancel for a full refund. Both clocks also pause while we wait for a document or detail we have asked you for. We do not refund on the consulate's decision, because the decision is not what you buy. The official fees are paid by you at the centre and never pass through us, so there is nothing of them to refund.
Do you have historical data on appointment waits and success rates?
We publish what our own desk has seen: the earliest appointment showing at every UK centre for all 28 destinations, dated, logged by a person from the operator's calendar or from a real booking, with up to 12 past readings per destination for the trend. A reading is withdrawn after 21 days, and when the desk has not logged a destination that week the page says "no current reading" rather than guessing. It is at findmyvisa.co.uk/schengen/appointment-availability. We do not publish success rates for our own files: the consulate decides, and the refusal rate for each consulate, from the EU's own statistics, is on our refusal rates page.
Can I see the appointment before it is confirmed in my name?
Yes. Because it is booked in your own account, you can see it there the moment it is made, and we forward the operator's confirmation email to you. If the earliest date we can see is after your travel date, we tell you before you pay rather than book something you cannot use.
