Questions before you buy, an order in progress, a correction to something we have written, or a data request. All of it reaches a human.
If you have an order
Reply to any email we have sent you. That is the fastest route, because your reference and your whole history come with it. Keep your reference (it looks like FMV-1234) to hand.
You can also check progress yourself at any time at findmyvisa.co.uk/schengen/track using the email address you ordered with. We send a sign-in code, so there is no password to remember.
If you have not ordered yet
Start a plan at findmyvisa.co.uk/schengen/plan and enter your email at the plan step. We will send your plan through, and you can simply reply to that email with any question. Nothing is charged for asking.
What we cannot do
We prepare and submit Schengen visa applications. We are not immigration advisers and we do not give immigration advice. For advice on a UK immigration matter, use an IAA-registered adviser. The consulate alone decides the outcome of any visa application, and nobody can promise otherwise.
Corrections
If something we have published is wrong or out of date, tell us and we will fix it and say when we did. Our editorial policy explains how we check things, and sources lists what we check them against.
Data protection
To see, correct or delete the data we hold about you, ask us and we will do it. Our privacy policy sets out your rights under UK GDPR in full, including your right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
