findmyvisa.co.uk sells one thing: a done-for-you Schengen visa application for people living in the UK. We complete the forms, build the document pack to the consulate’s checklist and book the appointment in your own account on the operator’s official site, for a £99 service fee (£69 for each additional applicant on the same trip, up to 5 on one order). The official fees, the €90 consulate fee (about £81) and the visa centre’s own fee, are paid by you at the centre and never pass through us. Your file is prepared within 24 hours of your complete documents and details, or the service fee back. Your appointment is booked within 3 working days of your complete file, subject to availability, or the service fee back. You can cancel for a full refund before work starts. The site is operated by WayaNerd Ltd, registered in England and Wales, company number 16269713, incorporated on 22 February 2025, registered office 48 Margery Park Road, London, E7 9JY.

What we promise

  • Full refund before we start work. Cancel any time before we begin and you get everything back.

  • Appointment booked within 3 working days of your complete file, subject to availability, or the service fee back. Both clocks pause while we wait for a document or detail we have asked you for, and the booking clock pauses while the centre shows no appointments at all, which the plan step tells you before you pay.
  • Germany and France are different, and we say so.Germany runs a waiting list, and France allocates dates from a queue at all three UK centres, so there “booked” means registered on the day; the date itself comes from the operator.
  • Your documents are deleted 30 days after the decision on your application, and in any case within 180 days of upload. They sit in encrypted storage in AWS London until then.
  • We never see your card. Payment is handled by Stripe; your statement shows FINDMYVISA.

How we book your appointment

In your own name, from an account in your name on the official site of VFS Global, TLScontact, BLS International or GVC World, on the consulate’s own portal for Poland and Romania, or with the embassy directly for Luxembourg. We set the account up with you or you create it yourself, never from a pooled desk account, and we never ask for your portal password or a one-time code. We never use bots, scripts or slot-buying services, and we never buy or sell a slot. The first booking attempt is made within one working day of your complete file. The appointment appears in your own account the moment it is made, and we forward the operator’s confirmation to you. If the earliest date we can see is after your travel date, we say so before you pay. The questions to ask any agency, including us, are answered one by one on how we work, and the earliest slots our desk has seen at every UK centre are published, dated, at appointment availability.

What we do not do

  • We do not give immigration advice. We are not regulated by the Immigration Advice Authority (IAA). Anything touching individual eligibility or strategy belongs with an IAA-registered adviser.
  • We do not guarantee the outcome. We prepare a complete, correct application; the consulate alone decides, and we do not refund on its decision because the decision is not what you buy.
  • We do not mark up official fees. The consulate fee and the centre fee are paid by you at the centre and are the same whether or not you use us.
  • We do not buy, sell or hold appointment slots, and we do not run bots or scripts on any booking portal.
  • We do not attend for you. Biometrics are taken in person at the centre.
  • We do not sell your data. There is no advertising tracker on this site; analytics are cookieless (Plausible). Our privacy policy has the detail.

The free tools

The site began with three browser-only tools for UK visa applicants, and they are still here, still free: the bundler merges supporting documents into one ordered PDF with a cover sheet and index, compressshrinks a PDF to the 2 MB, 4 MB or 6 MB portal limits, and the checklist builds a document list for your route. They run entirely in your browser and the files never leave your device. How we stay accurate

Every fee, threshold and processing time on the site is checked against gov.uk, the operator’s or consulate’s own page, or the European Commission, and each guide shows the date of its last check. Centre fees carry their source and confidence in the data behind the price tables. When we get something wrong, we fix it and refresh the date.
