Tool · Bundler

Bundle your UK visa documents into one ordered PDF.

Drop your supporting evidence below. The bundler merges every file in the order UKVI expects, attaches a cover sheet and a clickable index, and renames each document to Home Office convention — entirely in your browser.

Step 1 — Add your documents

Drag your visa documents here

Or browse to choose files — PDF, JPG, PNG. Multiple files at once.

Browser-only · zero uploads · your files never leave this device

No. 01 — How this works

Four steps. About three minutes.

  1. 01

    Add your documents

Drag up to 25 PDF, JPG or PNG files onto the drop zone. We detect what's likely a passport scan, a bank statement, or a letter — but you can change every category in one click.

  2. 02

Pick your route and add your name

The visa route determines the order documents are arranged in (Skilled Worker leads with employment evidence; Spouse leads with relationship). Your name and today's date go on the cover sheet.

  3. 03

    Click Build my bundle

The tool merges every file, generates a cover sheet plus a clickable index, and reorders the whole thing into the canonical UKVI sequence — all client-side. Nothing is uploaded.

  4. 04

    Download and upload

Save the resulting PDF and upload it through the UKVI portal. The output is named per Home Office convention and sized for the 6 MB UKVCAS limit (use the compressor if you need 2 MB for VFS).

No. 02 — Why browser-only matters

Your passport never leaves your device.

No uploads

Files are read directly by your browser using pdf-lib. They never travel to our servers. We have no logs, no temporary storage, no third-party analytics on this page.

No accounts

There is nothing to sign up for. The bundler works on the first visit, every visit, in any modern browser.

Open source approach

The bundler is built on pdf-lib (MIT), a well-audited PDF library that runs in your browser. You can verify network activity in your browser's developer tools — there should be none after the page loads.

No. 03 — Common questions

What people ask before they upload

  1. 01

Do my documents leave my device?

No. The bundler runs entirely in your browser using pdf-lib. Files are read into memory, merged, and downloaded back to you. Nothing is uploaded to a server, nothing is logged, and there is no account to create.

  2. 02

    What file types are supported?

PDF, JPG, and PNG. Photos taken on iPhone in HEIC format need converting first — most online HEIC-to-JPG converters work, or set your camera to capture in 'Most Compatible' mode under Settings → Camera → Formats.

  3. 03

    What's the maximum bundle size?

Up to 25 documents, with 50 MB total upload — more than enough for a typical visa application. The output is usually under the 6 MB UKVCAS upload limit; if it isn't, run the result through our free Compress PDF tool.

  4. 04

What order does UKVI want documents in?

UKVI doesn't publish a strict order, but caseworkers process applications faster when evidence is grouped by category and labelled. The bundler arranges your files into the conventional order: Passport & ID, Employment evidence, Financial evidence, Qualifications, then any route-specific documents (relationship for spouse visa, accommodation for ILR, etc.).

  5. 05

Will I lose quality on my scanned documents?

No. PDFs are merged at their original resolution. JPG and PNG images are embedded uncompressed. If the resulting bundle is larger than 6 MB and you need to compress, our separate Compress tool downsamples images while keeping text crisp.

  6. 06

    Is the bundler really free?

Yes. The free version adds a single discreet 'Made with findmyvisa.co.uk' line to the bottom of the auto-generated cover sheet. The premium version (£2.99 one-off, £9.99/month unlimited) removes it and unlocks OCR for scanned documents and batch mode for family applications.
