If BLS International shows no Spain slots

Nobody can honestly tell you the current wait, because BLS availability changes through the day. The tactics that work:

Check the live calendar at different times. Slots appear in batches, and cancellations put appointments back into the pool at random moments.
Try a different BLS city. If London is full, Manchester or Edinburgh may show earlier dates, and any UK resident may use any centre. The city pages explain each one: London, Manchester, Edinburgh.
Book up to 6 months ahead of travel, and well before summer if you can.
Skip the slot bots and resellers. Some services charge £100 or more per applicant to run software against the booking sites and ask you for your login code; some agencies sell a "priority" appointment for £199 to £320. Consulates have voided appointments booked that way, and the official calendar is free.
