If there are no slots
We cannot quote a wait time: availability shifts through the day and by season, and it is not something anyone can verify in advance. What actually works:
- Check the live calendar at different times of day. Cancellations release slots back into the pool without warning.
- Consider a different eligible centre city. If your country is also served from London or Manchester, an earlier slot may be sitting there.
- Apply up to 6 months ahead of travel, especially before the summer rush.
Avoid third-party "slot bots" and resellers: several consulates void appointments booked that way.
