How to get a slot

To book a Poland Schengen visa appointment in the UK, register in the e-Konsulat online system, select the Polish Consulate in London, take one of the dates the system offers, and complete the online application form. For tourism and visits, the Polish embassy says new appointment slots are released every Sunday at 11:00 AM; for other purposes, appointments are assigned twice a week, on Sundays and Wednesdays, first come, first served. Nobody sits between you and the consulate, which is unusual and works in your favour: there is no centre fee, no upsell and no premium tier. The trade-off is that London is the only place to apply, so an early start matters more here than a clever tactic.
